Please only USE THIS FORM IF YOU ARE READY TO SUBMIT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION to secure a booking. If you prefer a quote at this time, please use the REQUEST A QUOTE form. We will only respond to this request if we receive credit card information. Thank you.




Refund policy:  Deposits in the amount of 35% of the rental rate are charged at the time of reservation and are NON-REFUNDABLE, so please be certain you are free to travel on your selected dates. Because emergencies happen, we recommend the modest cost of trip insurance (, or a provider of your choice) for protection and peace of mind. Inside of 14 days, the full amount of the stay is charged and is non-refundable. Bookings for stays within 14 days of booking date require use of the secure on-line server. All requests for cancellations must be through our On-Line Cancellation Page. Pet fees range from $10-$30/night/dog, depending on size & breed and will be included in your balance due upon arrival, and shown on your reservation confirmation.

Minimum rental age is 25 years. Your reservation request will be processed by an actual human being within 24 hours of submission! When that is returned, an email with a .pdf attachment containing additional information and directions will be sent to the email address you provided (it may go to your spam/junk mailbox). You will be asked to verify receipt via reply email.

All transactions and disputes pertaining thereto shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and shall be treated as though it were executed in the County of Fannin, State of Georgia. Any action relating to this Agreement shall be instituted and prosecuted only in the Fannin County Superior or Magistrate Court, Georgia. Guest(s) specifically consent(s) to such jurisdiction and to extraterritorial service of process.

Availability will be verified, and your confirmation, including the amount of the deposit charged, will be emailed to you within 24 hours as a .pdf attachment. It may land in your spam or junk folder. 

If you do not have a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us by telephone. You will be asked to acknowledge receipt of your confirmation via reply email. We must receive that acknowledgement in order to mark your reservation as "confirmed".

IMPORTANT: Because of all the variables on our cabin rentals, we initially charge a $1.00 credit card authorization fee, then we calculate your total payment and charge your card a 35% deposit. You will receive an invoice of this deposit. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us right away so that we can reserve your cabin. 1-877-374-2057. By clicking Submit you are authorizing your credit card to be charged and are securing a reservation. You will receive a copy of your receipt for electronic signature via email. When that is returned, your additional information & directions will be sent. In the event of multiple requests for the same cabin, reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of the reservation request in no way guarantees that your first choice cabin will be available. We will contact you via email if your first choice cabin is not available and you do not provide a second choice.
