Reservations/Cancellations for Above The Rest Cabins, Pet Friendly Cabin Rentals and Georgia Hot Tub Cabins

Our office is closed for CHECK INS on Thanksgiving Day and December 24 & 25

Reservations are easily made via telephone or using our secure server at https://www.abovetherestcabins.com/reservations.htm. We are happy to speak with our clients! Reservation Desk open 9:00a.m. - 7:30p.m. If we are on the phone at the time of your call, we will return it as quickly as possible.

ALL reservations require a $350.00 security deposit, made as a credit card authorization at check in. The authorization will affect your available credit, but will not be actually charged to your account unless there is a violation of contract rules & regulations. We do NOT recommend the use of debit cards for security authorizations as the money is then deducted and put back by the bank. We have no control over bank schedules in this regard.

A non-refundable deposit of approximately one-third of the rent is required at the time of reservation. Inside of 7 days of arrival, full pre-payment is required and is non-refundable. WE HIGLY RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE (www.insuremytrip.com – endorsed by Atlanta’s financial guru Clark Howard) that provides cancelation coverage you are comfortable with.
All requests for cancellations must be in writing via certified mail. Email cancelation is not acceptable.
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require on-line booking and full prepayment.

Please see our policies regarding minimum rental age, etc. Intentional misrepresentation/deception will result in refusal during check in, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cabin Rates Start At: $90/night off-season. Weekly rates start at $540.00.

$10-30.00 per night each additional home occupant.
Pet fees $5-$25/night/pet, depending on size, number, breed and length of stay.

All rates are subject to 10% tax and a cleaning fee ranging from $45-$125 depending on the size of the cabin. (Cleaning fees may be higher for large groups.)

Rates subject to change without notice. Rates are higher during peak periods, holidays.

5% discount for repeat guests & military. Already discounted weekly rates are not subject to further discounts.

Two night minimum for non-holiday. Three night minimum for holiday weekends. Four night minimum for peak summer & autumn leaf seasons. Five night minimum for Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Some cabins will take a pet with advance notice and with additional pet fee. Please ask.

Some cabins do not accept small children due to rail spacing on decks. Please ask for children friendly cabins.

Wheelchair accessible cabin (with ramp, wide doorways, etc) - ask for My Mountain Hideaway or A Casual Affair (listed under the Ultimate Mountain Getaways.)

All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on decks only.

A deposit is required to hold accommodations. Deposits are non refundable.
