PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS OF CABINS
All cabins have hot tubs, central heat and
air-conditioning, satellite color television, DVD and/or VCR, ceiling
fans, telephone, washer dryer, fireplace or wood stove, grill, and
fully-equipped kitchen. Many have picnic tables, internet access,
and game rooms.
All linens, towels and firewood (in season)
are provided. We also provide an initial supply of paper products,
soaps and kitchen items, such as dishwashing powder, cleaner, garbage
bags, laundry detergent, etc. You only need to bring your personal
items and food. There are large supermarkets in Blue Ridge to purchase
groceries.
Cabin rates are based on 4 person occupancy.
Additional person charges apply for extra guests. All
rates are subject to 10% tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $45-$125
(higher for large groups.)
Prime
Season: Sunday before Thanksgiving through Saturday following.
December 21st through January 3rd.
Peak
Season: Holiday weekends,
(including MLK, Jr., and Valentine’s Day/Presidents’ Day) Second
week in March through Third weekend in April, Third Friday in
June through conclusion of Labor Day Weekend, Second Friday in
October through the weekend prior to Thanksgiving.
Off
Season: Everything Else (2
night minimum)
Minimum
Stays:
5 nights
over Thanksgiving & Christmas/New Year
4 nights
during peak leaf & summer vacation seasons, including 4th of
July
3 nights
over all other Holiday weekends
As a general
rule, we will release for fewer than the nightly minimums for last
minute stays.
Please note
that we are not licensed as a hotel and therefore cannot do 1 night
stays, ever.
Pricing is for 4 adults, Extra adults $10-$30/night,
depending on cabin.
